Vanilla Sugar
We make our own Vanilla Sugar with a process that takes about 14 days to complete. We use high quality Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans for the freshest infusion into the Organic sugar. The sugar gets hand-mixed several times a day while it infuse to give the rich and distinct creamy caramel and intense aromatic flavor.
It is good in whipped cream, in delicate baking, or as a cocktail rim.
Ingredients: Organic raw cane sugar, and Madagascar vanilla bean.
